Custom Countertops FAQs
Granite or quartz: which is better?
Quartz is non-porous, never needs sealing, and comes in consistent colors, so it wins on maintenance. Granite is natural, heat tolerant, and unique slab to slab. Both are excellent; we will walk you through the trade-offs.
How are countertops priced?
By the square foot, plus edge profile, sink and cooktop cutouts, and installation. We measure and provide a written estimate before you commit.
How long does countertop installation take?
Stone tops are usually fabricated one to two weeks after templating and installed in a single day. Butcher block follows a similar timeline.
Do you install countertops outside Idaho?
Yes. We regularly install in Western Wyoming and Northern Utah, and we handle Southwest Montana and Arizona projects with scheduled trips or vetted local installers.
